Oh Kasut Tumit Tinggi

Dulu waktu kecik2, diri ini sangat envy bila tengok mama pakai kasut tinggi bunyi clack-clack-clack. Bila mama xde, terus cepat2 pakai kasut mama dan bawak handbag mama budget2 macam orang tua. Apa yang pasti setiap orang yang dinamakan perempuan ataupun wanita ataupun nyah sekalipun pasti pernah atau ada memiliki kasut tumit tinggi. Semua pernah merasa pakai 6inci punya tinggi. Kan? Kan? Betol kan? Betol x? Semua perempuan kena cakap betol sekarang sebab saya tanya semua!

Entry kali neh sebenarnya nak menceritakan masalah yang bakal dihadapi kalau kita pakai kasut tinggi. Macam saya - seorang penggemar wedges gila &%!# (censored) saya xkisah untuk menyeksa diri pakai kasut tinggi2. Walaupun saya pernah jatuh tergolek dek wedges yang saya pakai. Hmph! Kalau lelaki2 yang baru saja baca entry neh, anda jangan pening2 sebab wedges yang saya maksudkan tuh bukanlah cheesy wedges dari KFC. Wedges yang saya tengah cakap sekarang adalah sejenis kasut.

Saya faham, segala info dan knowledge yang saya ada patutlah dikongsi bersama *macamlah ilmu penuh satu dada* Sebab xsalah kalau saya educate semua orang lelaki dan perempuan pasal bahayanya kasut tumit tinggi atau high heels. Memang xsalah kalau anda semua nak pakai high heels tapi kena juga tau pasal neh. Janganlah nak emosi angkat semua kasut2 tumit tinggi anda sambil ngomel2 pasal saya dan buang semuanya kedalam tong sampah. Kena sekeh jugak kepala dengan husband/bf sendiri. Ingat tu! Jangan buat! Pegi letak balik kasut2 tumit tinggi korang kt rak kasut tu sekarang!

Jadi, adalah dinasihatkan supaya anda lebih berhati2 dalam memilih kasut tumit tinggi. Walaupun kadangkala ia kelihatan selesa dipakai, korang mesti jaga sebab kesannya bukan nampak dalam masa terdekat. Mungkin tua2 nanti baru rasa. Macam saya, En. Kesayangan dah xbagi dah saya bergaya dengan kasut tinggi *macam budak2 cakap* sebabnya dia risaukan keadaan saya yang selalu tergolek dan bersimpuh tahiyat akhir dibahu jalan. The most recent incident saya hampir2 terjatuh adalah hari Isnin lepas dimana waktu nak naik tangga di sebuah kedai makan, kaki neh macam xlarat je nak bukak langkah besar2 *pemalas kan?* 

Seronol bila tengok perempuan yang berjalan dengan tumit tinggi. Tapi bila fikir2 balik, xsesuai untuk posture badan dan pemilihan kasut juga kena ambil kira faktor berat. Untuk si badan agak gempal atau berisi, hati2 dalam memilih kasut sebab berat badan mempengaruhi keseimbangan badan. Lagi satu, adalah dinasihatkan untuk pilih kasut yang xlicin atau berat. Bila licin, potensi untuk anda jatuh dan mengalami kecederaan adalah lebih besar. Keleberan dan ketinggian tapak juga penting sebab tekanan anda akan tetrumpu disitu!

Period pain...Oh Period Pain!

Period pain? Oh...setiap orang (perempuan je la!) akan merasai azab ini semasa kedatangan haid. Hmm...orang laki-laki jangan baca entry ini kalau xselera makan. Tapi kadang2 orang lelaki juga layak tahu menahu pasal period pain walaupon ini bukan berkaitan dengan anda. Sebab-sebabnya adalah; lebih banyak anda tahu, lebih sayang la bakal isteri kepada anda dan lebih banyak lagi anda tahu, lebih faham la seorang lelaki itu pabila berhadapan dengan permasalahan gf atau isteri atau rakan sendiri. (Kalau xnak ambik tahu langsung pon xpe! Entry ini khusus untuk perempuan sahaja!)



Susah sebenarnya menghadapi sakit semasa haid yang akan diceritakan ni. Sebagai seorang perempuan, jarang sekali saya menghadapi masalah ini (Oh, thank God!) Jarang bukan beerti tidak pernah. Tapi kadang2. Sakitnya hanya Tuhan yang tahu. Sakit semasa haid ni xsama dengan sakit nak bersalin. Tapi untuk orang2 berpengalaman seperti mak saya, dia cakap sakit lagi masa nak bersalin. Kiranya period pain ni macam sakit acah2 ayam kalo dibezakan dengan sakit ketika labour.

Tapi ada saja di kalangan kita yang akan amik MC kalau datang bulan. Pelik jugak lah! Kalau sakit teruk sangat, pergilah berjumpa doktor. Mungkin sakit lain ke? Xpon saja2 bagi alasan period pain sebab bos (lelaki) mengerti akan masalah perempuan setiap kali datang bulan. Kalau bos perempuan, dah lama kena sekeh kepala kalau setiap bulan nak MC bagi alasan period pain. Bukan apa, period pain ni mungkin lebih teruk pada hari kedua haid. Betol! Ini fakta dan ini juga pengalam sendiri. Hari pertama datang bulan, xde la rasa macam nak tercabut tutt! pon. Cuma rasa macam sengal2 pinggang je. Hari kedua baru la sakit datang melanda. Saya pernah berhadapan dengan kawan2 yang kalau boleh nak berguling2 kat atas lantai kalau tengah menderitai sakit datang bulan. Teruk jugak tengok tapi sangat bersyukur diri ini terselamat dari sakit macamtu.


Pernah sekali mengalami sakit yang teramat sangat. Masa tu, sakit yang terlampau sampaikan kepala berdenyut. Risau jugak kenapa sakit itu macam sangat luar biasa. Seharian meringkuk di atas katil. Memang betol, sakit itu memang buat diri ini meringkuk. Baring melentang salah, baring mengiring pon salah. Rasa nak marah diri sendiri dan orang sekeliling. Lagi satu fakta yang lelaki patut tahu, jangan la tetibe nak ajak gf/isteri sendiri berjalan2 tengok wayang makan popcorn kalau dia tengah period pain. Mau kena maki jugak kan! Boleh dikatakan semua perempuan malas keluar rumah kalau tengah period. Leceh! Lagi2 kalau tengah bertarung nyawa dengan period pain yang amat dahsyat sekali.

Jadi macam mana nak menghilangkan sakit datang bulan ni dengan begitu pantas sekali? Anda semua boleh cuba ya!
  1. Tidur meringkuk macam ulat gonggok.
  2. Telan panadol banyak2 sampai bebuih mulut (xbaik untuk kesihatan!)
  3. Suruh adik2 henyak perut sampai terkeluar usus.
  4. Maki semua orang disekeliling yang banyak sangat tanya soalan itu ini.
  5. Maki bos sendiri sebab xkesian langsung xapprove cuti.
  6. Marah dan melalak2 kat klinik sebab doktor cakap "Period pain is normal"
  7. Koyak majalah2 yang bagi cara2 nak menghilangkan period pain. Itu semua tipu!
  8. Minum air berkabonat banyak2.
  9. Duduk mencangkung selama satu jam.
  10. Lipat badan menjadi segi empat tepat.
  11. Lompat2 atas tilam sampil tepuk2 perut.
  12. Tumbuk diri sampai pengsan sebab terlalu sakit.
  13. Pasang kipas laju2 atau pasang aircond sesejuk mungkin.
  14. Makan banyak sampai muntah. Harap2 muntah sekali dengan sakit2 tu sekali.
  15. Kawad2 depan rumah atau diruang tamu sambil junjung buku atas kepala. Sambil2 tu belajar berjalan dengan posture badan yang betol!

Seriously, sakit ketika datang bulan memang amat menggerunkan setiap perempuan dan mencuakkan lelaki yang mendampingi anda. Sedarlah yang ini adalah salah satu proses yang biasa dihadapi setiap perempuan. Xde sape2 yang terlepas dari sakit ni. Xde sape2 yang xkan merasakan sakit ni. Satu perkara yang wajib tahu, xde ubat pon untuk sakit datang bulan acah2 ayam tu. Kalo hari ini adalah hari kedua anda period, esok mesti OK la tuh!

Heavy eyes @__@

Have you ever experienced heavy eyes @__@? Have you ever experienced sleep-deprivation? No matter how long you spent your long night in the bed, you'd be waking up with heavy eyes.

I once Googled for "heavy eyes" and this is the result! Ta-da!


I have a problem of always being tired. Not physically tired, but 'heavy eyes tired.' It doesn't matter how little or how much sleep I get, although the amount of sleep does affect how tired I am (but I'm still always tired). Last night I got about seven hours of sleep. This morning I hit the snooze and struggled to wake up like every morning. I took a shower, got dressed, and felt like I haven't slept for days. My eyes were watering, I could barely keep them open because they were so heavy, and I had to turn the lights down. During the weekends it's not nearly as bad as that, but I still have trouble waking up and always have heavy eyes.

It started about six years ago during my third year of college when I had transferred schools (come to think of it even in highschool I'd sometimes feel tired after getting a good night's sleep, but it wasn't serious enough to follow up on it). My roommate snored extremely loud and I could not get enough sleep any night. Then I went home for the summer and realized that even though that disctraction was gone and got I what I thought would be enough sleep I still felt tired. Then on the weekends I'd wake up and feel the same way.



I'm wondering if the problem is stress. I feel much better during the weekends. I can get the same amount of sleep during the weekends as during the week and be able to wake up much easier, although I'm still always tired. Because of this I usually sleep much longer on the weekends, though.
Also, I should add that every night around 5am I wake up extremely hungry and have to get a bowl of cereal. Usually in the morning I wake up extremely hungry as well. My stomach feels like I haven't eaten for days and I'm dizzy. Actually, this happens during the day, too.
I don't know if it's stress that's causing my sleeping problems. Or whether it's another health problem which is also causing my hunger problem. Or if the hunger problem is causing the sleeping problem or the sleeping problem is causing the hunger problem, etc...
I've been to several doctors for checkups over the past couple years and told all of them of my chronic hunger and tiredness. They ran blood tests, etc and all said I was perfectly healthy. I don't know what to do. I've always been a pretty active person. I've been involved in the martial arts for a while. I haven't practiced in about a year because I moved, but I've been running (at least somewhat consistently) and trying to eat healthier so I'll feel better, but I still feel like krap. Lately I've been depressed although I'm usually a happy go lucky person.

Is there any medication that treats heavy eyes??? I don't think so dear! It is not an illness. It is not a serious ailment but this may ruin your day-to-day focus so your productivity. I used to face this problem when I discovered myself suffering from Hyperthyroid. I am now on medication (after how many years of treatment) and yeah! I'm on drugs. I realized that no matter how long I get my good night sleep, I still don't get enough sleep. I normally overslept and it is difficult for me to get up from my bed every morning.

I want to put it to an end. I've done my research and what I have read; it is all caused by stress. Do I live in a stressful life? Do we live in such a stressful life? What say you?

Sleep-deprived???

What a perfect day!

I have been waiting and waiting for the sky to pour some rain and finally Allah has made my dream came true. Alhamdulilah. Thank God, it was raining this morning. No wonder I felt so good this morning. That answered yesterday's breezy evening.

I spent my weekend dozing and I liked it. Nina will always like to doze anytime and anywhere. My thoughts, sleeping is the best thing instead of making tutt!!! LOL. Yeah....it is somehow true. Sex depends on your mood, health condition, confidence and desire. Thus it is good to know that sleeping doesn't even require those above.

I don't know how long do I need to get a good-night sleep. People are talking about 8-hour-beauty-sleep. How much sleep does a human being need? I slept more than 8 hours and still I missed my work. If I slept less than 8 hours, I'll be dead sleepy at work.


Sometimes, your anxiety keeps you awake.
For instance: When you are madly in-love with someone,
you're thinking about him/her before you go to bed and you couldn't really wait to see him/her tomorrow!


She is well-known for her beauty.
She stays younger because she gets more than enough sleep.
That is why she is known as "Sleeping Beauty"



How to improve your beauty sleep???

  1. Listen to white noise or relaxation CDs.
  2. Avoid before-bed snacks, particularly grains and sugars.
  3. Sleep in complete darkness or as close as possible.
  4. No TV right before bed.
  5. Wear socks to bed.
  6. Read a pleasure, slow paced book.
  7. Avoid using loud alarm clocks.
  8. Journal.
  9. Get to bed as early as possible.
  10. Check your bedroom for electro-magnetic fields (EMFs).
  11. Keep the temperature in the bedroom no higher than 70 degrees F.
  12. Eat a high-protein snack several hours before bed.
  13. Reduce or avoid as many drugs as possible.
  14. Avoid caffeine.
  15. Avoid alcohol.
  16. Lose weight.
  17. Avoid food that you may be sensitive to.
  18. Don't drink any fluids within 2 hours of going to bed.
  19. Take a hot bath, shower or sauna before bed.

Eating kills!

I spent my Sunday mostly with my darling and my dear family. It was fun enjoying dinner with the one you love and catching up what you missed.


My mom's place is located in Sg. Buloh. Yes, it is where you can find grilled chicken just by the roadside. Yukkks! But then, there is an area (just nearby Econsave) where you can find various types of food, from nasi kerabu to apam balik or air asam boi. I loved to stop by (the food is so irresistible)


... On that lazy Sunday, I stopped by just to get something for my mom. I bought some putu piring since it is one of my favourites. My mom did advise not to take it too much as it makes you suffer from stomach ache (due to angin and bla..bla..bla..) After eating my mom's nasi daging (slurps) I took a short nap since everyone was watching Babylon A.D. I was awaken right after my body started sweating.


On our way back to my place, I started to feel nausea (or bahasa kampung nye : kembang tekak) yet I was able to smoke a cigarette. My body won't accept anything which is harmful if I'm not feeling well. For instance, when I am suffering from flu, my body tells me not to smoke.


Once we arrived, my bf and I decided to watch CSI on AXN. I felt discomfort while we were watching TV and I vomited once that night. I woke up at 4am in the morning since I couldn't stand the feeling of nausea though I was asleep. I was sick and again I vomited.


The next morning, I woke up and felt much better. After my court session, I took McD chicken porridge during lunch and again I vomited the whole of it. I know that my empty stomach did contribute to angin and led to the feeling of nausea, I didn't have the guts to eat or consume anything. My bf took me to the doctor that night and the doctor advised to eat white bread and drink plenty of 100 plus.


My stomach is still aching and I can't eat too much nor too less. I ate everything I feel like eating. Yet, I am super careful in selecting the food that'll go down my throat. I feel bad whenever I vomited and I really don't want to experience it again. I was poisoned once I was still a kid. I vomited seriously and my dad was the one who took me to the hospital early in the morning. That was rather serious than what I suffered recently but it still made you feel bad.
